This paper aims to describe the main methods of managing the website www.agripiante.it (the Site) in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult (the document does not include the processing performed on other sites web eventually consulted by the user through links on the Site).
It is a general document that informs about the criteria for the proper handling of personal data held on or through the Site, criteria that the user can find detailed explanation within the Statement in the various sections of the Site to specify the times methods and purposes of the processing related to the provision of specific services and/or various kinds of information.
This document draws on the contents of the Privacy Policy applied by the Authority for the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data of users who connect to the official web site www.garanteprivacy.it. It is indeed going the Farm Agripiante conforms its privacy policies with the provisions, as well as by the Consolidated rules on protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003, n. 196, of the Privacy Code), and with the cautions and procedures that the Guarantor has specified right in the Data Protection memorandum published on the official web site of the Authority. Among these, the suggestions contained in the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the Group established by the art. n. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose.

DATA PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (ART. 28 OF THE CODE OF PRIVACY)

Following consultation of this Site may be processed data on persons identified or identifiable. The holder of their treatment is the Farm Agripiante based in Villa Castelli (BR) S.P. 7 Ta-Br, Masseria Santeramo, C.da Cicoria.

PLACE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Treatment related to web services of this Site take place at the above premises and are only handled by technical personnel of the processor, or others charged with occasional maintenance operations. Communication and possible disclosure of personal data take place only in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Code: with the consent of the persons concerned or in cases of law based on the provisions contained in articles. 24 and 25 of the Code.


Type of personal data processed

NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified, but by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, to identify users.
In this category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc...) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical crimes against the site except for this possibility, the data on web contacts are not stored permanently, unless the user requests.

DATA PROVIDED BY VOLUNTARILY

The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail addresses listed on the Site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

USE OF COOKIES

With reference to the use of technologies on the Site and/or techniques (so-called cookies) to access information stored in the terminal equipment of a subscriber or user, to store information or monitor user operations, such use may take place in order to ensure a simpler immediate and rapid access to the Site and easier navigation on the Site itself. Those whose personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003).
Pursuant to this Article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
